TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025 By (1) Agnes Wambui Kimani and (2) Judy Nyambura Kimani, both of P.O. Box 2520–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanjiku Kimani, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
