TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025 By (1) Penina Karikwe Kathiri and (2) Kelvin Mumanthi Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 32–60101, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sicily Wambeti Nyaga alias Sisily Wambeti Nyaga, who died at Gatituri, on 21st February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
