Box 22, Kathwana in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Murugara Kirugura, who died at Mutino Sub-location, on 7th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025 By Annrita Kanini Muchiri, of P.O. Box 301, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Amuchiri M’Waigane, who died at Karimba Sub-location, on 20th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2025 By (1) Beatrice Kainda Ndubi and (2) Wilford Gitari Ndubi, both of P.O. Box 65–60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndubi Kaithungu, who died at Kianjagi, on 5th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
