TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025
By Virginia Kanyua John, of P.O. Box 3–60401, Iruma in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Nichoras Kaaria, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 17th
February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025
By (1) Enid Gachunku Mbengi and (2) Naomi Keeru Kithure, both
of P.O. Box 2224–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mbengi M’Njuki, who
died at Muiru Chuka, on 14th April, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
