E432 OF 2025 By (1) Nyabate Getrude Abere and (2) Alex Kano Mayaka, both of P.O. Box 72774–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dennis Ogembo Ndege, who died along Thika Road, on 12th February, 2009.
