TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E282 OF 2024 By David Mboga Nyaachi, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Moiro, who died at Mwamanwa, on 28th January, 1985. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By Maneno Gesimba, of P.O. Box 533, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamechi Gesimba, who died at Birongo, on 23rd April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
