TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th October, 2025 CAUSE NO. E384 OF 2023 By Juvenalis Ateka Ondima, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marimbora Ondima, who died at Nyakoe Location, on 13th September, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
