TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2025 By Evans Bosire Ondari, of P.O. Box 876, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moseti Temu, who died at Nyangoge, on 6th October, 1982. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2025 By Raphael Mokaya Makori, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selina Bosibori Makori, who died on 20th May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2025 By Erick Ondieki Ocharo, of P.O. Box 200, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Nyangau Ocharo, who died on 24th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
