TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025 By Richard Makori, of P.O. Box 2532–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makori Kiboma, who died at Riochungo Sub-location, on 25th December, 1990. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By Japheth Omoke Onsembe, of P.O. Box 60, Nyamache in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Onsembe Samwel alias Osembe Samuel, who died at Gionseri, on 22nd June, 2006. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2025 By Jane Florence Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebedee Ogero Okindo, who died at Kisii Teaching Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
