E19 OF 2025 By Sophie Tunu Ningoma, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Chinyavu Kogo, who died on 27th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2025 By Josephine Randu Nzai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter John Hayward, who died on 26th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2025 By Zosi Katana Charo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Charo Mangale, who died on 17th February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
