TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Justus Ndegwa Munyiri, of P.O. Box 101, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyiri s/o Mutuguti, who died at Githi Location in 1959. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By Bernard Mwangi Kiragu, of P.O. Box 36, Gakindu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiragu Wahome, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
