TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2024 By George Kanyira Kamau, of P.O. Box 215, Uplands in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kanyira, who died at Nyambari, on 3rd January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Mbugua Kiburi, (2) Cecilia Wambui Kanyua and (3) Samuel Mburu Kiburi, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James D. Kiburi Mbugua alias James Kiburi Mbugua, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
