TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By (1) Harrison Kiago Muthono and (2) Joseph Kimani Muthoni, both of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Muthoni Kiago, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2010.. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025 By (1) Eliud Wambu Gathuka and (2) Simon Nguyai Gathuka, both of P.O. Box 83–01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Wanjiku Gathuka, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
