TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025 By Albert Nyaga Kigoro, of P.O. Box 36, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Kigoro, who died at Gacegethiuri Sub-location, on 10th August, 1974. CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2025 By Maria Ngai Nthia, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Mubuthi, who died at Riandu Sub-location, on 17th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
