CAUSE NO. E435 OF 2025 By Agnes Akeyo Owuor, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Owuor Josongo, who died on 8th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E439 OF 2025 By Christabel Atieno Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flentin Ochieng Ogindi, who died on 28th May, 2024. CAUSE NO.
