TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E270 OF 2025 By Roselida Akumu Okech, of P.O. Box 153–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elton Otieno Otwoma, who died on 28th March, 1989. CAUSE NO. E272 OF 2025 By (1) Alphonce Agola Ngeso and (2) Mathew Abuor Ngeso, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngeso Anyim, who died on 18th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
