TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By Mohamed Iqbal Hasham, of P.O. Box 11014–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khairunisa Mohamed Iqbal Mamdani, who died at Highridge, on 15th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By (1) Fatuma Mwemba Matano and (2) Zainabu Talu Mbogho, the deceased’s mother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Matano Maina, who died at Doha, Qatar, on 19th July, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
