CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2024 By Patrick Njoroge Njau, of P.O. Box 7092–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacinta Wangare Njoroge alias Wangari w/o Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 1986. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2024 By Simon Peter Gatonye Nyingi, of P.O. Box 214, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Nyingi Gatonye, who died at St. Ann Medical Center, on 25th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By Serah Wangari Waweru, of P.O. Box 1184–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Hannah Wanjiku Waweru, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
