Box 160–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mokaya Matara, who died on 9th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By Absolom Nyabiya Maranga, of P.O. Box 655-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Maranga Nyabiya, who died at C.M.M. Hospital, on 7th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By Jimmy Nuru Ondieki Angwenyi, of P.O. Box 139–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongwenyi Ondieki alias Joseph Ondieki Ongwenyi, who died on 22nd July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
