TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th January, 2025 CAUSE NO. E291 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Nyongesa Basikari, (2) Christine Nafula Musabasi and (3) Robert Wabwile Musabasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Musabas Lupao alias Pascal Musabasi Lubano alias Pascal Musabasi Lupano, who died at Namirembe Location, on 20th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E371 OF 2024 By Rose Nangila Makandayi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kutelu Wandabwa, who died at Nabikoto in 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
