PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E407 OF 2024
By Moses Muturi Gachura, of P.O. Box 32–10100, Nyeri in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Millicah Gachambi Gachura, who died at Gatitu Village, on 29th July,
2015.
CAUSE NO. E418 OF 2024
By (1) Patrick Kuria Kimani and (2) Joel Mung’ora Kimani, both
of P.O. Box 950–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wanjiku Kimani,
who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd February, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
