CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2024 By Joseph Kamau Kiiru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Gathoni Kiiru, who died at Nyacaba, on 6th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2024 By (1) George Muniu Gathu and (2) Nellius Wanjiku Gathu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Wambui Muniu, who died at Kiamworia, Thika, on 30th January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
