TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 312 OF 2024 By Margaret Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 155, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Mwangi Macharia, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2002. CAUSE NO. 330 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Ndumia Mbogo and (2) Cyrus Njagi Mbogo, both of P.O. Box 192, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachel Wamucii Mbogo, who died at Mathingira, on 21st November, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
