Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukundi Hinga, who died at Mahigaini, on 29th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 265 OF 2024 By (1) Robert Muhoro Muriithi and (2) Lucy Muthoni Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 1016–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Muriithi Kibaki alias Philip Muriithi alias Philip Mureithi, who died on 25th December, 2013. 27th January, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 294 OF 2024 By (1) Anthony Njuru Mururi and (2) Francis Wanjau Mururi, both of P.O. Box 29, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wanjiku Mururi, who died at Benedict XVI, on 7th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
