Box 1654–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kinyua Rutere, who died at Meru Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E337 OF 2024 By Nicolas Koome, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mwari M’Mugwika alias Mwari w/o Mugwika, who died at Mpuri Sub-location, on 27th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2024 By Nicolas Koome, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mburugu M’Mugwika alias Mburugu M’Mugwika, who died at Mpuri Sub-location, on 3rd December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
