TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2024 By (1) Rachel Karimi Nyaga and (2) Jackson Nyaga Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 27, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Munene Ndeke, who died at Batian, on 30th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2024 By Ciangai Mugai alias Anleno Ciangai Mbuba, of P.O. Box 56– 60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugai Kimotho, who died at Kanthiri Sub-location, on 15th June, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
