TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2024 By Simon Maundu Mathitu, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Maliku, who died at Mbitini, on 22nd October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2024 By (1) Geoffrey Mutwii Mutinda, (2) Sammy Mutua Mutinda and (3) Charles Mutinda, all of P.O. Box 918–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutinda Mutui, who died at Kitui, on 23rd June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
