Box 165–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barmao Sungul, who died at Kipsaina Sub- location, on 8th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2024 By (1) Samwel Tarus Kipngetich and (2) Beatrice Siokwei Cheptumo, both of P.O. Box 7161–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enyoro Wangatsiba Kulukwa, who died at Sango Sub-location, on 20th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2024 By (1) Mercy Jeruto Koech and (2) Prisca Jepkemboi Koech, both of P.O. Box 4534–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kipkoech Kigen, who died at District Hospital, Iten in Kenya, on 11th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
