TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By Njoki Nasore Kerore, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nasoore ole Kerore, who died at District Hospital, Narok in Kenya, on 5th December, 2005. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024 By Mary Wanjiku Gatheru, of P.O. Box 181–20500, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gatheru Wairegi alias Peter Gatheru Wagura, who died at Narok Township, on 13th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
