TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2024 By George Njuguna Kirathe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kirathe Kamau, who died on 30th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Ihura Mwangi and (2) Dorcas Wanjiru Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 620, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Wangeci alias Wangeci Mwangi, who died at Menengai Nursing Home, on 20th August, 1985. 27th January, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
