TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2024 By Partick Aminga Maobe, of P.O. Box 3908, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maobe Onsarigo alias Stanslaus Maobe Onsarigo, who died on 27th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E382 OF 2024 By Damaris Mokeira Osebe, of P.O. Box 52363–00100, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wemo Wales Osebe alias Wemo W. Osebe, who died at Mwabosire, on 6th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
