TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2024 By Pelesia Oliech Owiti, of P.O. Box 164–40603, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owiti Mbede alias Lucas Owiti Mbede, who died at Mulaha Sub-location, on 24th September, 2016. THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th January, 2025 CAUSE NO E453 OF 2024 By Michael Ogutu Onyona, c/o P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Conslata Awor Onyona alias Consolata Awor Onyona, who died on 10th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
