TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Erimina Manga Mwawuri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suleiman Kibwana Mwakina, who died at Moi County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By Mercelline Ngoli Iligha, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Maggy Monji Muggele alias Magie Monje Nid alias Megy Mngele, who died at Kaloleni Sub-location, on 25th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
