TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Mumbi, (2) John Njenga Mukuhi and (3) George Kihuna Mukuhi, all of P.O. Box 66–00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Mukuhi Njenga alias Anne Mukuhi Njenga, who died on 9th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Gatonye Ndungu and (2) Benson Kibugi Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 165, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndungu Gatimu, who died at Our Lady’s Hospice, Thigio, on 27th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E269 OF 2024 By (1) Godfrey Kanyori Waweru and (2) Sisiliah Wanyuru Waweru, both of P.O. Box 18, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Wakori, who died at Thigio, on 6th October, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
