TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2024 By Josephine Nyambura Mwangi, of P.O. Box 15, Kihoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangi Kahutu, who died at St. Johns Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2024 By Hannah Wangari Mwangi, of P.O. Box 15, Kihoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wanjiru Kahutu, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd October, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
