TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E156 OF 2024 By (1) Irene Mbalilwa Kharikala and (2) Bibiana Shihafu, through Messrs. Khateshi G. M. & Co., advocates of Kakamega, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Namale Maloba, who died on 31st December, 2023. CAUSE NO E255 OF 2024 By Alfred Were Nyongesa, through Messrs. Nechesa Maina & Associates of Mumias, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godliver Nanjira Omondi alias Omondi N. Godliver, who died on 13th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
