TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E65 OF 2024 By Shadrack Mukuta Kalungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalungu Benjamin Uswii, who died on 14th September, 1985. CAUSE NO E165 OF 2024 By Peter Kennedy Maingi Kavita, of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavita Muloki, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 1990. CAUSE NO E170 OF 2024 By Peterson Kimuyu Kimeu, of P.O. Box 14504–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Nzioka, who died at Muisuni, on 24th May, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
