TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2022 By Amos Aura Were, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ainea Were Okongo alias Were Okongo Buchenya who died in 1988. CAUSE NO E261 OF 2024 By (1) Geoffrey S. Mukholi Nanyolo and (2) Charles Atenya Nanyolo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Nyanyolo Muklholi alias Hezekia Nanyolo, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya in 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
