TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E711 OF 2024 By (1) Simeon Nyaoro Onuonga and (2) Onunga Joash Onuong’a , both of P.O. Box 1, Kosele in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omenda Gwako, who died at Kamuma Sub-location, on 4th July, 1987. CAUSE NO. E730 OF 2024 By (1) Abdulla Baraka Madoro and (2) Ramadhan Baraka Madoro, both of P.O. Box 37, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baraka Ogembo Madoro alias Baracka Ogembo Madoro, who died at Kogweno Oriang East Sub-location, on 13th December, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
