Box 23, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Magana Ongudi alias Naftali Magana, who died at East Karateng, on 17th June, 1979. CAUSE NO E218 OF 2024 (FORMERLY 136 OF 2024) By Teresa Auma Arwa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Arwa Gumba alias Luka Arwa, who died on 30th May, 1993. CAUSE NO E298 OF 2024 By Alphonse Ochieng Opado, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Opado Danga, who died at Maseno Sub-location, on 1st December, 1988. CAUSE NO E546 OF 2024 By Monicah Akinyi Odhiambo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Odhiambo Ouko, who died on 17th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
