TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Keresensia Abuya, of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Abuya Machogu alias Abuya Machogu, who died at South Mugirango Chache Location, on 24th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2024 By (1) Joshua Nyandoro and (2) William Kapadokia Nyandoro, both of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Nyandoro Onyango, who died at Nyakorere Sub-location, on 22nd September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
