TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By (1) Harrison Awuori Omolo and (2) Tom Mboya Omolo, both of P.O. Box 50, Ndigwa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Omolo alias Daniel Omolo Machuria, who died at Naya Sub-location, on 2nd August, 1977. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Harrison Awuori Omolo and (2) Tom Mboya Omolo, both of P.O. Box 50, Ndigwa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Oloo alias Enock Oloo Omollo, who died at Naya Sub-location, on 28th November, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
