IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 58A sub- sections (1) and (2) and section 30 sub-section (2) paragraph (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Fernandes Barasa, Governor Kakamega County, with the approval of the County Assembly of Kakamega, appoint – under paragraph (2) (a)— Teresa Maina – Chairperson; under paragraph (2) (b)— Nathaniel Matalanga (Eng.); under paragraph (2) (c)— Johnson Ongong’a Udoto; under paragraph (2) (d) – Alfred Indeche; under paragraph (2) (e) – Robina Orute; to be the chairperson and members of the Selection Panel of the Kakamega County Public Service Board, with effect from the 11th February, 2025.
