APPOINTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that the High Court appointed the official receiver as Liquidator of Blue Nile (East Africa) Limited (the Company) with effect from the 14th March, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015. By the said Appointment, the Company’s affairs are vested with the Official Receiver as the Liquidator. In accordance with section 560 of the Insolvency Act and the said Order, no action can be taken against the Company without the consent of the Liquidator or of the Court. The Liquidator has called for a meeting of creditors of the Company to be held physically on the 1st October, 2025 at 11 o’clock at the Liquidator’s Office, which is located at 316 Upper Hill Chambers, 17th Floor, 2nd Ngong Avenue, Nairobi. The last day for filing proof of debt is on the 30th September, 2025. To be entitled to attend the meeting, a Creditor must have lodged with the Official Receiver, before the meeting, a proof of debt form. Any claims against the company are required to be sent to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the company through filing their Proof of Debts (Form No.5) on www.brsv2.ecitizen.go.ke. The Official Receiver, as Liquidator, acts on behalf of the company without any personal liability. Dated the 1st August, 2025.
