NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 324, in Volume D1, Folio 486/3036, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Ahmed Abdi Hussein, formerly known as Ali Abdullahi Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ali Abdullahi Abdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Abdi Hussein, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Abdi Hussein only.
