APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 of the
Constitution of Kenya, 2010, sections 14 and 15 of the Urban Areas
and Cities (Amendment) Act, 2019 and section 30 of the County
Governments Act, 2012, it is notified for general information to the
public that, I, Isaac Mutuma M’Ethingia, Governor, Meru County,
