REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenneth Supai Chula, as the administrator to the estate of Gilbert Supai, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Roka/495, situate in Kilifi District, containing 12.56 hectares or thereabout, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
