REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Simon Mwenda Manyara and (2) Mercy Wangechi Maina, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/3956, situate in Kilifi District, containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
