REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Erastus Kirehu Macharia, of P.O. Box 12836–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest in all that piece of land, known as Nairobi/Block 126/1324, situate in the district of Nairobi, containing 0.0296 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
