WHEREAS Kennedy Juma Wenani, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as E.Bukusu/S.Nalondo/1979 and 1980, situate in Bungoma County, by virtue of a title deeds, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
